Privacy notice
Who we are
Omnisaura is run by FutureMinds Coding Ltd, trading as Future Sailors, 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. We are responsible (the "controller") for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect, and why
- Nothing you type in. There are no forms, accounts, newsletters or comments on this website.
- No cookies, analytics or tracking. We don't use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising or analytics tools.
- Hosting logs. Our website (hosted by Cloudflare) and our preview service (hosted by Fly.io, in London) process technical information to deliver pages and protect against abuse: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's description of itself. We use this only to operate and secure the service. Our providers keep it for a short period under their own policies.
- Fonts and images. Our pages load their fonts from our own site, not from Google Fonts or similar services. The only exception: the preview's data viewer may load some dinosaur photos directly from Wikimedia Commons, which then receives your IP address under the Wikimedia privacy policy.
- The preview AI connector (MCP). When an AI assistant uses the Omnisaura connector, we count, anonymously: the name the assistant app gives itself (for example "claude-ai"), which tool it called, which dinosaur it looked up, and whether it worked. We do not record IP addresses, the questions you asked, or anything that identifies you. Your assistant's provider (for example Anthropic or Google) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis
We process hosting logs on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure, working website and service (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing.
Who else processes it
Cloudflare (website hosting), Fly.io (preview service hosting) and, for some photos in the preview's data viewer, the Wikimedia Foundation. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. Because we collect so little, in practice we usually hold nothing that identifies you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we start collecting anything new, such as a waitlist or analytics, we'll update this notice first and change the date above.
